Best islands for sunshine 25 Aug - 15 Sep?

Hi there,

I am taking a trip out to Thailand for a couple of weeks between 25 Aug %26amp; 15 Sep. I know it is pretty much in the heights of rainy season this time of year, but I was hoping that someone could advise me on the best islands to get a glimmer of sunshine this time of year?

Try some where in the gulf of thailand... in Trad, koh chang, koh kood. Rayong - koh mun nok.

I was really looking forward to going to Koh Chang until I read on a forum that it%26#39;s best avoided between June and September because of the weather.

I don%26#39;t think I%26#39;m gonna let the rain stop me though as I%26#39;ve heard this place is beautiful! I will also look into getting to one of those other islands you mentioned as well.
