Hello,
Can someone tell me if it is alot cheaper booking a room in person, or same booked over the net? I have a friend arriving a day before me and she has said she would book me a hotel room when she gets there. i am a little nervous to leave it until last minute, but if it is alot cheaper to book at the actual hotel, I will go with that option. I have found discounted prices on internet, but heard it is still cheaper once over there.
Many thanks in advance!

I would definitely pre book. Nearly always cheaper and you know where your going when you get there. Bookings can be made at the airport, but again not as cheap as internet bookings.

Thank You so much for the advice!
pre book over internet for sure!
Online booking is cheaper, you should try to-Some agents can discount -just try to chat online or ask for with them.
Hello :
I used the net booking for both times with Majestic suites.
It is definitely cheaper and very quick with confirmations
from the hotel. I even have an invitation to have a sit down
drink with the hotel General manager as a repeat customer
to this place. He said he is not a drinker but willing throw out
a drink just for me coming back to the hotel. What%26#39;s a
business man !
Enjoy your trip,
Yes I agree to all. Pre booking over the internet is the best. I once made a booking via sawadee.com and the other time (due last minute circumstances) directly to the same hotel as the one via the sawadee and had to pay much more. Even that I mentioned the special price in a website, they just ignored that. Had to pay the full price.
Tony
sorry. sawasdee.com is the right website name.
I gree with pre-book thru the internet is cheaper and more comfortable but just check which site is reliable before make decision to book the room with them.
I%26#39;m in the prebooking club too - www.hotelthailand.com for me!
