Bel Aire Princess Hotel

Hello

Has anyone stayed at this hotel recently? We are due to stay for a few nights early September. Have stayed there before but about 10 years ago.

We are travelling with our children and would like any feedback on the area and this hotel in general.

Also, anyone have any recommendations (or not!) on a meal at Cabbages %26amp; Condoms.

Many thanks

Not stayed there yet but we%26#39;ve booked to stay there for 3 nights in February. If you look at the hotel reviews the last few reviews for the Bel Aire Princess have been very good.

very good reviews indeed. I think u%26#39;ve made a good choice!

Cabbages %26amp; Condoms is a nice place to eat..i%26#39;d go for it

Hi, my parents have just returned from having four nights at this hotel, they said it was fantastic, especially the location. It has brilliant service etc. They were in one of the newly renovated deluxe rooms, which sounds and look really nice on their photos. I%26#39;d pre email and ask of you can be upgraded to one of them as its a special occasion - thats what i did for them, and why not - isnt any visit to thailand a special occasion. Im sure you will have a great time. They also ate a cabbages, and sai it is walking distance from the hotel and had a fabulour meal there. Hope you have fun

Kamo05,

we stayed there last Christmas for about 8 nts got a refurb%26#39;d room which was larger than our neighbours(friends made whilst there)

So if you get one of these you will be very pleased, even our friends room was newly refurb%26#39;d and very nice.

The hotel pool is OK but you need to chase the sun (starts at one end of the pool about 10:30-11:00 and tracks round)if that%26#39;s important to you.

We%26#39;ve stayed all over Bangkok on our 10 or so visits and having stayed off Sukhumvit road for the first time we wouldn%26#39;t stay anywhere else now.

There are plenty of eating options within walking distance and you can avoid the seedier bits (Nana etc) if you wish.
