Booking transfer from Phuket airport to Phi Phi in advance?

I%26#39;m staying at the Holiday Inn on Phi Phi for a couple days at the beginning of October, and I was wondering if it was necessary to book the transfer from the airport in advance. I%26#39;m arriving at Phuket airport at 12:15 on October, and I know that the last ferry leaves at 13:30. So, essentially, I have to be on this ferry, and I wanted to know if I should book in advance? Do these ferries fill to capacity, or will I be able to get a ticket at the dock right before it leaves?

hello when you arrive at the airport and clear customs there is a desk at the doors (cant miss it) where you can book a taxi or mini bus to the pier, at the pier you can easily buy a ticket for the ferry. its true the ferry is at 1.30 with a transfer from the pier in Phi Phi to the other side of the island where the Holiday Inn is located. There is also a ferry at 2.30pm when you arrive at the pier in Phi Phi there are Holiday Inn reps there who will transfer you by longtail taxi to the resort (if you have booked in advance) or you can just jump in a longtail at the pier and make your way around yourself.

I actually ended up booking a flight that arrives a couple hours earlier in Phuket, so I should have plenty of time to make the transfer. Thanks for your help!
