Friendship Beach Phuket

We are staying at the Friendship beach in January 08 - has anyone else stayed there. As the reviews regarding the beach sound pretty bad. Any thoughts

Friendship Beach Phuket

We stayed at Centara Villas,Karon Beach in July 2007-marvellous!We went to Friendship beach to watch friends who do an acoustic set on Friday nights(they%26#39;re very good!)The beach was ok but not as good as Nai Harn-go there.We drove it means you can see so much more and its not as crazy as you think.We have 2 chilren 16 and 11.We loved Phuket and plan to go back.Go to Joe Kools on Thursday night and see the Groove Doctors band in action-the lead singer is fab(and a friend).Have a great holiday-am envious.
