suggestions for night tour/ sightseeing
You probably haven%26#39;t had any replies cos it%26#39;s not easy to say what to do in the night.
Tours of Bangkok at night are few. Maybe a dinner cruise on the river?
Otherwise pick a nice restaurant with a good view.
There are a few night places to visit such as Patpong, Sukhumvit, Kaoh San Road.
Or shopping centres such as Siam or Pratunam market.
Maybe someone else can suggest others.

Baiyoke tower. Very high tower with fantastic views over the lit up city. can go for just a drink, or can have quite a good buffet there
Try the Loy nava river cruise, we were on it in April and the food was excellent and there was Thai dancing etc, thet do, 2 sailings, evening and night ,the earlier one might be better( before jet lag kicks in ) they pick you up and return you to your hotel (free) we really enjoyed it.
Sorry I can%26#39;t remember the e mail address, I got it off a google search, check it out it%26#39;s a good web page,

Thanks for the replies. They will be staying at the Fortune Hotel. It is quite near the Suan Lum night market, is it worth seeing or going to?

Hello :
The great night tour would be a walking tour on lower Sukhumvit
road at midnight. Take the skytrain and get off at Nana station
to begin the Bangkok night tour here.
There are big crowd visitors from all continents in this area 24/7
and stores, food stands ,many restaurants, bars, clubs,
entertainments venues for all . The Holywood boulevard is not
even come close to Sukhumvit road at night.
Enjoy your trip,
The best places for nightime bars entertainment are nanna plaza, or soi cowboy, and then theres always the original patpong.
All are lively and mainly adult orientated, patpong has a night market for lots of clothes ,watches ,fake designer stuff etc.
You can get a taxi from one too another for about $5 u.s.
enjoy.
