Hi all, I am getting married in Thailand in November this year on Koh Lanta, Can anyone out there please explain the process involved with the Affit Davit, do i need to get one signed before i head out or do i do it over there, if so where and how?

Jem: ask your consulate in Thailand, not a bunch of international travellers.

An affidavit is simply a sworn statement.... but as suggested.. you really need to do some homework with the embassy so that you understand the process.
Thanks guys, thought someone out there might have recently got married in Thailand and would be able to help/advise. i think its best to speak to someone who has been through the process to advise on ways to save time etc and the best place to arrange this.
