Any new hotels recommendation in Khao San Road?
I used to stay at Royal (not too noisy, very close to Khao San %26amp; at least they have great buffet breakfast. Like to try somewhere else, any suggestions? I%26#39;ve been to D%26amp;D, Buddy Lodge already....
IS Baan Chautra Hotel nice and near-by?

Nice Hotel: quiet %26amp; walking distance to Khao San Rd?
We stayed at the Lamphu House. Very clean!- renovated in 2005 I think- but basic (no TV, pool, no included breakfast). We had a twin room with private bathroom and air-conditioning. But it was only $16 USD. I think it is starting to get well known- because it was full when we were there in April and thats low season! The website is:
