Booked today to hit this hotel which looks stunning and has great reviews but advises very remote so curious as to whether there are any local places to eat. Also hear the swimming pool is going to be closed for the whole of September for repainting to take place but understand there is a local coach that can take you to to Pattawia to use the hotel pool there? What is this like? I was hoping to hit the beach every day but understand this is a let down? Any views on this?

Evasson - did not mention given it was on the page I was on....
It is a very beautiful property but also very remote. 30-40 minutes to Hua Hin. The beach isn%26#39;t that great but ok for sun bathing and a dip in the water. There are a couple of local Thai restaurants just outside the resort.
