Internal flights special deal

We%26#39;ll be flying around quite a lot during our stay in December and a friend has told me that you can get a deal - such as three flights for a set fee of around 125 dollars. Our flights are working out at much more than that separately at the moment. Has anyone heard of this??? Any links or contacts??? Thanks Tripadvisors... Px

Hi Pollyanna, I was looking on the Thai air website last night and came across fares similar to that. 3 flights for a set amount valid for December. I think it was under special promotions or something to that effect. Hope that helps,

However the price for a set of three flights is USD. 169.00

Any additional flight USD. 59.00

You have to work it out very well, as sometimes Nok Air, 12Go, Air Asia or even Thai Air have special fares.

Will do! Just got a reply from Thai who wanted our international flight details so we could be OK there... Oo Air Asia not doing the Chiang Mai - Phuket route. Still, I%26#39;ll have a full check if we don%26#39;t get the promotion as I wouldn%26#39;t mind the connections to save the money

No, only Thai Air is doing Chiang Mai - Phuket directly. Flight leaves from Chiang Mai at 12.50 and arrives Phuket at 14.45 (daily flights).

As I sad before, just shop arround. The USD. 169.00 might look cheap. In June I had a flight on Thai Air from Chiang Mai to BKK. I had to pay approx. USD. 50.00 incl. tax and everything. I went to their counter one day before my departure. If you go shopping on time (Thai Air,Air Asia, 12GO or Nok Air) you might get it cheaper. Make a calculation first. Check how much you will have to pay for the tkt from Chiang Mai to Phuket on Thai Air%26#39;s website and from Phuket to (I don%26#39;t know where you want to go) etc. and see if the 3 sector flights coupons are cheaper. Enjoy your calculations.

Be aware that the Thai air deal is not inclusive of taxes.. so not as cheap as it first looks.. Also Bangkok air has a similar deal..

Its correct that Thai air is the only airline doing the Chiang Mai to Phuket leg NON-STOP.. _ direct is not the right term.. direct means that the flight may make a stop on the route...!
