Hi going to Karon Beach and Spa on the 3rd of September.

Thinking of getting an eternity ring made.

Anyone had jewellery made whilst in phuket. What Jeweller%26#39;s do you recommend.

My wife Jane purchased a very nice Diamond and Sapphire ring from the worlds largest Jewellery Store, (that%26#39;s what its called) they will pick you up for free and take you back to your hotel. The best part was they will size and deliver to your hotel reception and personally deliver the piece to you all in the same day. Jane has a bit of a thing for rings and jewellery and says that the prices are also very good and its only about 15 minutes from Patong Beach. The piece also came with a certificate of valuation.

When we were on our honey moon 9 years ago we got some jewellery made, but due to bad communication. It didn%26#39;t turn out how I expected and was very disappointed.

I agree with Pete re the Gems Gallery (Worlds Biggest Jewellery Store - so they say). They have some beautiful jewellery there and next year Im thinking about taking a solid gold bangle there to have melted down and made into 2.

my wife had some jewellry made here and she was very happy with the end result.

Hi i would definately try the worlds biggest jewellery store. On our two trips to Phuket we have bought quite a bit of jewellery there. It is much cheaper than Perth and it does come with the valuation certificate as well. They have a fantastic range of rings so you may find one there without having to have it made. Hi Mel%26amp;Daz, you can%26#39;t go wrong if you go to Gem Gallery in Phuket, they are on chalermprakiat Rama 9 Road, Muang,Phuket and if you ring them they will pick you up. The Number is 081-653-3650 or check out their site on www.gems-gallery.com We used them about 6 years ago in Bangkok %26amp; they were excellent, great quality. The shop in Bangkok was about the size of a large K-Mart. It was incredible you could see all the Jewellers making, soldering, setting, polishing all their pieces and when you arrive you have your own sales assistant until you leave. I believe the Phuket branch is similiar to the Bangkok store, probably not quite as big. We are leaving on 26 September for Phuket and I can%26#39;t wait to visit Gem Gallery. I have been told that the gold you buy in Thialand is only 14 carat.Is this true?I am only interested if 9 or 18carat.I collect gold charms.Would we be able to buy some in Phuket?

Just had a beautiful ring made at P %26amp; C Jewellery Patong Beach in Feb this year. Just had it valued and the valuation came in at over twice what I paid for it. I was very happy.
